That's right Uncle Sam's birthday! And you know how I love being patriotic...even though if you read a little about the supposed Samuel Wilson he was just a meat packer in the early 1770's that put a stamp on all packed meat with the initials "US"....(read more on your own).along with some early cartoonists this person came about...sad I know...but I still love him or should I say the symbol that he has become--
